WOW! What an amazing office and group of people that work at The Doctors Office! I have been to several different doctors offices to try and establish care here in San Diego and in New York! This HAS to be the most amazing one! As soon as I walked in the door, I felt like my needs and concerns were met ONE HUNDRED AND TEN PERCENT!
I saw Johanna, the PA and she was so great! She addressed ALL of my concerns! She did not make me feel like she was trying to rush me out even with all of my questions. When I was in the room, she was attentive and professional!
I found out Dr. Falconio has been running her practice for over 30 years! She has seen her patients grow up and have kids and grand kids of their own! I drive ALL the way from San Diego to see my PA and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
Thank you to all the staff, PAs, MAs, nurses and the doctor for making me feel like I am a real person with real concerns! You CANNOT find that at many offices anymore!!!
PS. I LOVE that their family dogs get to join them every day in the office! They are sooooo cute!
