We offer exceptional health care in North County San Diego. Finding your personal doctor can be a daunting task in today’s ever changing landscape of medicine. Too many patients get lost in the shuffle of large group HMO types of medicine. The relationship between the patient and doctor is so important in providing high quality and personal care. We always put in the extra effort to make sure that all of your needs are taken care of at each visit. At The Doctor’s Office we truly believe that our main role as your doctor is to listen, to observe, to communicate, to educate, and then finally, to heal. Much of medicine does not come in pill form. Your mind, your stressors, your moods, and your anxieties play a huge role in how your body defends itself against disease and aging. It is our practice of medicine to treat the whole patient: the mind, the body, the soul, and not just individual symptoms of disease.

ONE HUNDRED AND TEN PERCENT!
WOW! What an amazing office and group of people that work at The Doctors Office! I have been to several different doctors offices to try and establish care here in San Diego and in New York! This HAS to be the most amazing one! As soon as I walked in the door, I felt like my needs and concerns were met ONE HUNDRED AND TEN PERCENT!
I saw Johanna, the PA and she was so great! She addressed ALL of my concerns! She did not make me feel like she was trying to rush me out even with all of my questions. When I was in the room, she was attentive and professional!
I found out Dr. Falconio has been running her practice for over 30 years! She has seen her patients grow up and have kids and grand kids of their own! I drive ALL the way from San Diego to see my PA and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
Thank you to all the staff, PAs, MAs, nurses and the doctor for making me feel like I am a real person with real concerns! You CANNOT find that at many offices anymore!!!
PS. I LOVE that their family dogs get to join them every day in the office! They are sooooo cute!
Excellent physician
Dr Falconio is an excellent physician. Her P.A. Johanna is great and both of them have been taking care of my family for years. It is a busy office but all health care offices are. I feel the staff has come to know my family well through various visits. I appreciate their attention and care in taking care of my family.
Laid back and easy to talk to
I have been coming to Dr. Falconio and Johana for a while now. They have always taken care of me and my needs. The doc is very laid back and easy to talk to. When you walk in you are greeted by Big Larry. He has always been cool and gets you started on your visit. This particular visit did take a little bit longer but that’s because they just switched over to a new computer system. No worries here as my wife works in the industry and I run a business that had similar issues, so I get it. That did not take away from their attention to you and the care you receive.
They really are a family there
Doctor Falconio has been my families doctor for years and years and years! She is the BEST! She is kinda, gentle and very knowledgeable. She truly cares about her patients. I can email her anytime and I can always count on a caring response! Also, her staff have been with her for years and they are all great and very sweet people! They really are a family there. If you are looking for the best doctor- go see Linda!

Her staff, including Larry, Pam, nurses and assistants are also excellent.

A doctor that actually listens
I would highly recommend Dr. Linda Falconio and the PA, Johanna Morofski at The Doctor’s Office for anything that ails you. I also recommend the front staff who greets me and makes me feel like a part of their family.
Dr. Falconio took more than an hour with me when I first established my care in September 2015. She even has an in-house lab to draw blood. Her staff was so helpful and comforting, and my challenging veins weren’t any big deal for them. Dr. Falconio listened to every little detail I had to share about my medical history and took note of each and every one of them with her fingers typing faster than I could speak!! I took comfort in petting her beautiful Cocker Spaniel, Casper while I went down my list of ailments.
I haven’t had the luxury of ever having a doctor that actually listens and gives educated and caring opinions. Most doctors that I have seen don’t “care” enough for the actual and complete well being of their patients. Dr. Falconio isn’t like “most” doctors. She’s a treasure and someone who makes you trust her as the provider of care whether it be your body, mind or soul.
I have had chronic right upper abdominal pain my whole life, debilitating pain that comes with flare ups. I was having a flare up on my visit to The Doctor’s Office and the PA, Johanna examined me. As I lay on the table she asked me to take a deep breath as she had her hand on the top of my abdomen. I screamed in pain. She stepped back and said, “It’s your gall bladder”. Within 15 minutes I had a referral in hand from Dr. Falconio’s MA, Mirian to a local imaging clinic for an ultrasound. The ultrasound confirmed that I not only had countless stones, but that I had “sludge”. After 40 years of horrendous pain, I had a diagnosis, and 24 hours later, I had surgery. I haven’t had right upper stomach pain once since then, and I am so very thankful to Dr. Falconio and Johanna for taking such outstanding care of me.
On my last visit I even got to participate in a genetic study to determine how I as an individual process medication based on my genetics. Cutting Edge medicine.
Thank you to The Doctor’s Office for always being there to fix me and genuinely caring that I do indeed get better.

Still AMAZING! How many doctors tell you that your primary is the best, most thorough and caring doctor they ever known? Well, I get that all the time with Dr. Falconio. Other MDs say she is the best. And she is. She is wonderful and I am blessed to have her as my primary care physician. HIGHLY RECOMMEND as always!
